Coach Dana - Head Coach

Dana is a coach for the Pheasant Run Swim Clinic for USA swimming and also an instructor for the Learn to Swim Program with Tom Wilkinson. During the day she is a middle school math teacher at Reynold’s Middle School. She has previously coached at Moorestown High School and Delran High School. She spent most of her swimming career either swimming or coaching as a Tarnsfield Torpedo. She attended King’s College where she ran cross-country and swam on the swim team. Coach Dana graduated from The College of New Jersey where she swam and ran cross-country, winter track, and spring track.

Coach Amanda - Assistant Coach

Amanda Osterlind is one of the more highly decorated swimmers in Albright College history. She is respected as a competitive swimmer and assistant coach on the Lions staff. She is the owner of five school records and two pool records. She owns the top school marks in the 500 freestyle, the 1,000 freestyle, the 1,650 freestyle, the 400 freestyle relay and the 800 freestyle relay, including winning the 500 freestyle in three consecutive years (2013, 2014, 2015).

Coach Jason - Open Water Swim Coach

Jason is a USA Level 1 triathlon and track and field certified coach as well as a National Strength and Conditioning Association strength and conditioning specialist. He holds a bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University and is currently pursuing two master's degrees in movement science and kinesiology. Jason is the owner of ETA Coach and is a member of the PhysFarm Coaching Consortium. He comes highly recommended by his athletes, many of whom have qualified for various championships or earned entry into races requiring qualification, including the Olympic Trials, Boston Marathon, the USA Triathlon National Championships, Half Ironman World Championships, various Ironman distance events, and the New Jersey High School Meet of Champions.

Coach Keith - Cycling Coach

Keith is a Level 1 USA Cycling Coach. Is a physical therapist, with an exercise physiology background. Currently he manages 4 outpatient Physical Therapy clinics and is an Adjunct Professor of Exercise Physiology at a local university. In addition, he run Level Up Endurance Sports Performance, bringing together evidence based, scientific training methods and personalized instruction. He has competed and coached swimming and cycling for over 20 years. He holds a BS in Exercise Science from Rutgers University, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University and has further education on topics such as injury prevention, running biomechanics, bicycle fit, and sports nutrition.

Coach Kathy - Spinning Coach

Kathy is phenomenal, she’s is truly a master of the spin class with people lined up out the door to get into her classes. She puts your body through Tri specific program that guarantees to build endurance and stamina while shredding your body of unwanted fat. Kathy certified group fitness instructor with 25 years of teaching experience. She is currently teaching cycling and strength training classes at the YMCA of Burlington County in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Kathy has an MBA from St. Joseph University in Philadelphia, PA. She lives in Cinnaminson, NJ with her husband Jim and their three daughters.

Coach Larry - Head Coach

Ultraman, Ironman, Corporate Executive, Larry is one of a kind with a strong following of athletes that he's coached over the years. Larry is a coach, mentor & trainer for endurance athletes who are training for distance races (half-marathon & beyond) and long course triathlons (half-iron and beyond). He utilize 3 main training philosophies to prepare athletes for an epic performance: the Hansons Marathon Method, Endurance Nation and CrossFit Endurance. The goal is always to get an athlete to race day healthy, confident and with a race strategy that will result in an experience to be proud of.

Coach Joanna - head Coach

Joanna is a sports nutrition coach, intuitive healer and competitive athlete. As an athlete herself, she knows the importance of nutrition for a healthier, more fit athlete. She understands the challenges endurance athletes have with food choices, training twice a day, dehydration, race day nutrition and time constraints. She helps you incorporate healthier and real food options that she has also tried herself.

Joanna is a 2 time IM Lake Placid finisher under 12 hours each time. Her last attempt at 11-11:15 at Ironman Wisconsin ended with sudden onset of plantar fasciitis so by mile 9, she was unable to walk or finish.
Joanna has been racing triathlon for over 20 years and placed consistently in her age group as well as winning several times. She has used her own experiences as well as those with clients to help them build a solid nutrition program to fuel them properly for whatever distance they are competing.

Join our Masters Swimming Classes and Open Water Swim Clinics

Enjoy access to the Masters Swim Program (MSP). MSP is geared specifically toward triathlon swimming. The program provides triathletes (new or veteran) with the skills necessary to excel in the open water. Experienced coaches guide each practice with an eye toward enhancing stroke efficiency and improving open water techniques. Overall, this program hopes to build triathletes' confidence, endurance, and speed in the water. This is not a learn-to-swim program.

Racing Clinics and cycling 101

Everyone can benefit from our cycling skills clinics, whether you’ve been riding six months or two decades! We take the hit or miss out of the learning process to help you flatten the learning curve. It doesn’t need to be difficult or painful to learn to ride or race a bike. We’ll help you ride “with” your bike instead of “on” your bike. We’ll teach you the how and why — the physics of riding a bike. And we’ll help you have fun!

Learn how to use core power and energy while running to create a revolutionary running form and philosophy that takes the pounding, pain and potential damage out of the sport of running. Tri4Life Level 1 and Level 2 running clinics will be offered twice a week by USAT Certified coaches.
